NUXGAME 2022 YEAR REVIEW: GROWTH & INNOVATION

We are on the cusp of a new year and ahead of sharing our exciting plans for 2023, here we take a look back at what has been a year of exceptional growth, development and expansion for NuxGame.


Overview of NuxGame's growth and expansion

From a content perspective, we now offer 7,000 more highly innovative, engaging and entertaining titles than we did this time last year. This means clients can now choose from more than 11,000 games to have on their platform from the world’s leading providers.

 

NuxGame itself has also seen rapid expansion. This year we hired over 80 new talented and ambitious staff, taking our headcount of industry experts to over 100 for the first time.

We also opened our second office in Limassol, Cyprus, home to state of the art conferencing systems and meeting booths, this office is outfitted with the latest IT equipment along with networking areas to bring our clients ideas to life. This expansion helped us increase the number of clients we work with by 400%.

 

Partnerships and product development

Some of these partners include Netrefer and Partner Matrix, who strengthened our Affiliate systems and ensured our solution is of the highest caliber. Smartico, Fast Track, Optimove, Ibex, and Simplify deliver our clients' proven practices to improve their CRM and increase players' lifetime values. 

Our partnership with Sumsub also works to prevent fraud within our client’s iGaming platforms, along with numerous other agreements that help us deliver a vast array of leading solutions and services to the marketplace.  

Outside of these partnerships, we also developed lots of new products. We upgraded how we provide advanced data and customer insights to clients allowing them to better understand their customers and make more informed decisions from player statistics.

We also worked on responsive customer support, meaning that we provide 24/7 customer care to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently. Additionally, Automation solutions mean that we have reduced the manual effort required to manage our partner’s businesses.

 

Payment services expansion 

We also extended our payment services to offer flexible payment options, which are designed to meet the requirements of different customers increasing player activations and preventing barriers to entry. This included Solana and the Phantom Payment Extension, Petra the extension wallet of Aptos blockchain along with many others.

These also provide a benefit of reducing the fees associated with more traditional payment processes. Furthermore, we developed our security measures to ensure that customer data is stored and protected safely.

 

Extension of Flexible Bonus system and Risk Management AI Module

We extended our Flexible Bonus system along with our Risk Management AI Module that allows for monitoring, auto-limit, controlling and reporting of customer statistics.

NuxGame’s Cross-Platform Analytics also grew to allow operators to understand their players’ behaviour across devices and platforms. This helps them to identify trends and make informed decisions about their marketing strategy.

The Loyalty Program System also expanded. This is designed to reward and incentivise customers for their ongoing patronage and offers a referral program.

 

Introduction of Retail Land-Based Sports Betting product

NuxGame’s new Retail Land-Based Sports Betting is a product that allows customers to place bets on a variety of sporting events in physical retail locations. Customers can select from a range of betting options, including straight bets, parlays, props, and futures, and can place their bets with cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.

The product also offers them the ability to track their bets, view live scores, and receive real-time updates on the outcomes of their wagers.

 

Development of Platform Message Centre and WEB3 Extensions Integration

Our recently developed Platform Message Centre is a system that sends notifications directly to users, through in-app messaging. It allows you to quickly and easily create targeted messages for your user base and push them to their website or app.

You can customise the messages to suit the needs of each player and use this to promote special offers, inform players of upcoming events, or even provide personalised support.

Finally, our WEB3 Extensions Integration was developed to allow for quick authorisation, deposit and withdrawal. As you can see 2022 was a packed year for NuxGame and we are already working on delivering you even more solutions and services in 2023
